All footage, video recordings, shot data, and other content generated through the Aced platform (including footage captured via the platform's camera systems) is created by and remains the sole property of Aced Co Pty Ltd. No content generated through this platform constitutes user-generated content; all content is produced by Aces Co Pty Ltd's systems and infrastructure.

Licence to You: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use footage of your own entries for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercialise any footage or content from this platform without the express written consent of Aced Co Pty Ltd.

6. Third-party platforms

Entry footage captured through the Aced platform may be selected for broadcast on certain third-party platforms like YouTube or TikTok. Footage may be distributed on screens at affiliated golf courses and online via the Aced website and third-party platforms including YouTube.

Opt-Out: If you do not want your shot featured on social media, you must select "I do not want my shot shown on social media" before the time of entry. This opt-out must be exercised before recording begins and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Third-Party Platforms: Once footage has been published to third-party platforms (including YouTube), Aced Co Pty Ltd cannot guarantee its removal from those platforms.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Aced Co Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
